Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Suriya account, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The service

Suriya provides AI-powered app building, hosting, and business management tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account with third parties.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Suriya to:

• Conduct illegal activities or violate Thai law
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access or disrupt other users' data
• Build apps that facilitate deception or fraud

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months unless required by applicable law.

6. Your data

You own the data you input into Suriya. We have a limited license to use it solely to provide the service. On account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of liability

Suriya is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok.
