Each physio or therapist has their own calendar, and patients can book with their preferred practitioner.

After each session, you build or select an exercise plan in Suriya and send it to the patient as a private web link via WhatsApp. The patient taps the link and sees their exercises — description, sets, reps, and any video links you've attached. No app download required. You can see in the next session whether they reported completing the exercises. Plans stay accessible on their phone until you update them.

Does Suriya integrate with insurance claims for MediShield Life or Integrated Shield Plans?

Suriya does not currently integrate directly with insurance panels. For insured patients, you can add a notes field to collect their policy number and claim reference at booking. For Singapore's CHAS or MediShield claims, you continue to process these through your existing insurer portal — Suriya handles the appointment, exercise plan, and payment side for self-paying patients and package holders.

Create packages with a set number of sessions — 5-session, 10-session, or custom. When a patient purchases a package via PayNow, their balance is tracked in Suriya. Each attended session deducts from their balance. When they have 1 session remaining, Suriya sends an automatic low-balance notification with a top-up link. Package holders rebook faster and have significantly higher lifetime value than walk-in patients.
