### What it is The **AI Manager** is Maya's ongoing role once your app is live — a day-to-day business assistant in your console, separate from the chat you used to build your app. Find it in the console's **AI Manager** section. It's available on every Suriya plan, including Free. ### What you can ask it to do - Answer questions about how your business is doing (orders, bookings, customer activity). - Help you finish setup steps you haven't completed yet (like connecting LINE). - Draft content — for example, a LINE broadcast message to your customers — for you to review. - Suggest next steps to grow your business, based on what's actually happening in your app. ### The confirm-before-action model For anything that could affect a real customer or your business (like drafting a broadcast, replying to a complaint, or processing a refund), the AI Manager doesn't just do it silently. It shows you a preview of what it's about to do and waits for your one-tap approval before it goes ahead. Routine, low-risk questions and lookups don't need approval — only actions that touch customers or money do. You'll see a **Confirm** card in the chat whenever it needs your go-ahead. If you don't approve, nothing happens. ### Approving a broadcast draft If the AI Manager drafts a message to send to your customers via LINE, you'll see it as a draft you can review and approve before it sends — it never sends a broadcast on its own without your confirmation. ### Using AI Manager chat Each message you send to the AI Manager uses a small number of AI credits (see "Credits Explained"). Conversation history is kept so you don't have to repeat context in every message. ### How it's different from the app-building chat The chat you used at `/start` to build your app is a one-time (or occasional) interview focused on creating and shaping your app. The AI Manager is ongoing — it's meant for day-to-day questions and tasks after your app is already live, using real data from how your business is actually running (orders, bookings, customer messages), not just what you told it during setup.
