Yes. You create class types with their own names, durations, capacity caps, prices, and instructor assignments. A 60-minute Hatha class with 15 spots is set up differently from a 90-minute Hot yoga class with 10 spots. Members see all available class types when booking. You can also create style-specific class packs — a Yin-only pack or a Hot yoga membership — if your studio specialises.

How do I handle class pack credits and expiry dates?

When a member buys a class pack, Suriya records the credit count and sets an expiry date (e.g. 10 classes within 60 days, 20 classes within 90 days). Credits are deducted automatically when a class is booked. Members can view their remaining credits and expiry date in the app. Suriya sends a LINE reminder when 2 credits remain and 7 days before the pack expires. Expired credits are not extended automatically — you control that policy.

Can I enforce a cancellation policy so members cannot cancel last-minute for free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Set your cancellation window (e.g. 2 hours before class start). If a member cancels within that window, the credit is forfeited — the class is marked as attended for billing purposes. Members who book and do not cancel also forfeit their credit. This policy is shown to members at booking. The system enforces it automatically — you do not need to adjudicate each case individually.

How does PromptPay payment work for class packs and drop-in bookings?

Accepted Answer

When a member selects a class pack to purchase, Suriya generates a PromptPay QR code or mobile deep-link for the exact amount. The member scans with their banking app and payment confirms within minutes. For monthly memberships, Suriya sends a renewal reminder via LINE 5 days before expiry, with a PromptPay renewal link. No card machine needed. No processing fees on PromptPay transfers.
