You control which appointment types require a specific therapist and which are open to all. For condition types like stroke rehab, you may want to enforce a specific therapist. For general back pain, any therapist is fine.

Suriya is built for ongoing care. Each patient has a treatment timeline — start date, target end date, sessions completed, and current progress status. You can set recall reminders at any interval (weekly, fortnightly, monthly). The session note history gives you and any covering therapist full context without asking the patient to re-explain their history. Packages ensure payment stays current throughout.

Can I send home exercise programs to patients after each session?

Yes. After logging session notes, you can send a LINE message with the patient's home exercise program — this can be a YouTube video link, an image of exercise instructions, a PDF link, or a written protocol. You can create reusable exercise template messages for common conditions (lower back protocol, rotator cuff protocol) and customise them per patient. Patients receive it on LINE immediately after the session.

When a patient reaches their last 2 sessions, Suriya sends them an automated LINE message with a renewal prompt and a PromptPay link for the next package. If the patient doesn't renew after the last session, an automated re-engagement message fires 7 days later. You can also set it to block future booking until payment is confirmed — whatever suits your clinic's policy.
