How does the real-time availability calendar work for my fleet?

Each vehicle in your fleet has its own availability calendar in the app. When a customer selects a vehicle and date range, the system checks real-time whether that vehicle is already booked. If it is, the customer is shown the next available dates. This completely prevents double-bookings without any manual intervention from you.

Can I collect a deposit before the rental starts?

Yes. When a customer confirms a booking, the app generates a PromptPay QR code for the deposit amount you've set (typically 20–50% of the total). Payment is received through any Thai banking app. You're notified immediately. The rental is only confirmed in the system once the deposit is paid. Outstanding deposits show as pending in your dashboard.

Every new booking generates a rental agreement pre-filled with the customer's details and booking specifics. Before key handover, the customer reviews and signs digitally on their phone.
