How an Online Fashion Label Could Sell From Its Own Storefront
Nara designs small-batch linen clothing from a home studio in Bangkok and sells only online. Customers find her on Instagram, but every sale still turns into a long chat about sizes, stock and how to pay.

The challenge
Every garment sold meant a thread of messages: is it in stock, what size, how do I pay, did you get my transfer? Nara wanted customers to choose and pay on their own, so her time went into designing, not replying.
“Every sale used to start with “is this still available?” in my DMs. Now people pick their size and colour on my own shop page and pay straight away. About a third of my orders arrive after midnight, and I get roughly 3 hours a week back for designing.”
How Nara uses Suriya
Your Own Storefront
Her linen collection lives on a branded shop page with photos, sizes and prices, ready to share from her Instagram bio.
PromptPay Checkout
Customers pay by PromptPay QR at checkout, so Nara no longer chases transfer slips in chat.
Card Payments
Customers outside Thailand, or anyone who prefers a card, can pay by Visa or Mastercard.
Promo Copy Written for You
Product descriptions and promo captions are drafted for her, so launch days take less late-night typing.
